ADD TEXAS CITRUS SIZZLE
TO YOUR MENUS

Fall, winter and spring menus will perk up with the arrival of sweet Texas Star grapefruit and oranges. Grown in the rich soils and semi-tropical areas of Texas, our fruit is thin-skinned, sweet and juicy. The two classifications of Texas red grapefruit are Rio Star and Ruby-Sweet.

The Rio Star fruit has a deep red interior with a peel tinged with a light to overall red blush. Ruby-Sweet grapefruit has a light red interior with a yellow skin with blush areas. Our Texas oranges are a thin-skinned fruit brimming with juice.

Texas Star grapefruit and oranges are
available from October into May.
