TCX is a grower cooperative, marketing fresh citrus under the TEXAS STAR label for the over 200 growers - 5,000 acres - of the Edinburg Citrus Association (ECA). ECA specializes in the harvesting, packing, and shipping of top quality, sweet and juicy Ruby-Sweet and Rio-Star grapefruit and various varieties of Early, Navel, and Valencia oranges. Our growing area is in the southernmost part of Texas - the Rio Grande Valley - one of the world's most prolific growing areas of quality citrus in the world.
